Model SGS104 — a traditional copper scraping board in solid brass with a warm gold finish. The heart-curve body offers four working edges: a long arc for cheeks, jawline and neck, a scooped notch for the nose and eye area, a rounded wing for the back and shoulder meridians, and a pointed tip for acupoint work. The 3.5 mm brass plate carries satisfying weight and warms quickly in the hand — in traditional practice copper is prized for its thermal feel and skin-friendly character. All surfaces are mirror-polished by refined grinding for a smooth, comfortable scrape.
All metal parts are produced in-house: stamping/progressive dies, CNC engraving, hand polishing and a 3-stage QC line. Face-contact items use food-grade 304/316L stainless steel with REACH-compliant finishes; gift items offer zinc alloy with plating thickness tested by salt-spray.
