A wide-tooth detangling comb cut from cellulose acetate — the same cotton-based material used for premium eyewear frames, not ordinary injection plastic. Each blank is machined from layered acetate sheet, so the tortoise and confetti patterns run through the material rather than sitting on the surface, and no two combs share the same pattern. Every tooth tip is rounded and mirror-polished to glide through wet or dry hair without snagging, and acetate carries no static charge, which is the main reason hair goes frizzy with cheap combs. At 130 × 55 mm and only 17 g, it slips into a pocket or pouch — a natural fit for travel kits, subscription boxes and gift sets. Color patterns, tooth pitch and shape can be customized; laser logo on the surface.
All metal parts are produced in-house: stamping/progressive dies, CNC engraving, hand polishing and a 3-stage QC line. Face-contact items use food-grade 304/316L stainless steel with REACH-compliant finishes; gift items offer zinc alloy with plating thickness tested by salt-spray.
