An eye mask made not of fabric but of dozens of small 304 stainless steel plates linked by steel ball joints, so it drapes and flexes to follow the contours of the face instead of lying flat. The center cut-out clears the nose, and each eye zone is 45 mm wide for full coverage. Chill it in the refrigerator before use: steel holds cold far longer than gel beads, and the gentle weight of the plates rests evenly across the eye area without straps — it simply lies there. Wipes clean in seconds, will not absorb oils or skincare product the way fabric masks do, and will not leak, crack or degrade over time. Each plate can carry a laser-engraved logo; plate size, density and finish can be customized.
All metal parts are produced in-house: stamping/progressive dies, CNC engraving, hand polishing and a 3-stage QC line. Face-contact items use food-grade 304/316L stainless steel with REACH-compliant finishes; gift items offer zinc alloy with plating thickness tested by salt-spray.
