A wave-shaped board that puts four different edges in one hand. The top edge carries a row of rounded serrations for a textured pass along the scalp line, neck or arms; the two long S-curves on either side sweep smoothly along the cheeks, jawline and shoulders; and the twin concave notches on the lower edge grip narrower zones like the sides of the neck and around the brows. Cut from 100% 304 stainless steel in one piece, mirror-ground on every edge — no coating to wear, no seams to catch skin, no breakage in transit. Compared with our flat boards, the narrower wave silhouette fits smaller hands and detail work better while keeping a generous working face. Shape, serration pitch and curvature can be adjusted for custom designs; laser logo on the surface.
All metal parts are produced in-house: stamping/progressive dies, CNC engraving, hand polishing and a 3-stage QC line. Face-contact items use food-grade 304/316L stainless steel with REACH-compliant finishes; gift items offer zinc alloy with plating thickness tested by salt-spray.
